Because someone pushed me!

- Wrong answer!

You spilled the coffee because you had coffee in the mug. If you had tea ... You would have spilled tea. What you have in the cup is what will spill.

So ... When life shakes up what you have inside you ... You will spill.

You can go through life pretending that your mug is full of virtues, but when life pushes you, you will spill what actually exists inside you. The truth always comes out in the light.

Then, you will have to ask yourself. What's in my mug? When life gets tough ... What am I going to spill?

Joy ... Thanks ... Peace ... Kindness ... Humility? Or anger ... Bitterness ... Hard words or reactions? You choose!
